By Akanett Web Publishing Are you looking for a teacup Yorkshire terrier to be your bosom canine companion? If you are then there is probably one thing that you have on your mind right now, and that is how to get your hands on someone who breeds teacup Yorkies so that you can get your hands on your new miniature sized dog. Before you proceed any further though you might be interested to know that there is no such thing as teacup Yorkies. There is no separate breed of Yorkies that can be classified as teacup Yorkies or miniature Yorkies. In fact the Yorkie breed is already classed as Toy breed anyway in the AKC, and there is most definitely no other definition for teacup Yorkies. Yorkies are by their very nature small in size and stature and although some of them can grow to a larger weight size, for the most part this will be uncommon. Most Yorkies will come in at a normal weight of between 4-7 lbs normally. And while anything larger is alright, Yorkies which weigh in less the 4 lbs when they are full grown are not considered to be normal. However, there are unscrupulous breeders out there who will resort to such ploys and plays on words as teacup Yorkies to get your custom. When you’re going around looking for your new Yorkie you will most definitely want to remember this fact. Any responsible Yorkie breeder worth his or her salt won’t sell you a Yorkie that will grow to be undersized. If you’re wondering how they can tell which Yorkie puppies will be underweight, the only real reason is because they have years of experience behind them as well as the fact that even as puppies these small Yorkies will be the runts of the litter. And the reason why a good reputable Yorkie breeder won’t sell you “teacup Yorkies” is because most breeders take pride in their work. They know that such small teacup Yorkies will more than likely face many health problems over their lifetime. This can cause much heartache to owners if they are not prepared to deal with this fact. It can also cost the owner of small teacup Yorkies a small fortune to keep their tiny canine companions in the best of health. If a breeder or someone else is trying to sell you teacup Yorkies whatever the sum of money, you are best advised to stay away from this person. They are not genuine and very possibly specialize in breeding small undersized Yorkies, which in itself can be thought of as inhumane since most teacup Yorkies suffer from ill health and can also be more prone to other illnesses and genetic problems.

Thank you for hanging out with us at For My Dog's Sake, your onestop dog care center. end of the week woohooWhat do you know? It's already the end of the week! YAY! I have to say, I couldn't wait for the weekend to arrive, since my week at work was so crazy! So, today is casual day at work; no barbie clothing required. Im just wearing jeans and my white Phat Farm walkers...if only it was casual day everyday! I actually feel weird not wearing dressy cloths today; I sorta got used to it over the course of the last month. But, then again, everybody needs a break! So, schedule of the day; meeting one of the lawyers to give him his super procedures I had to type. Replace my receptionist from... (more) extra time more money I realize I haven't posted for a few days, and I feel neglectful. I apologize, and I must admit that postings may become less frequent. Despite what I told all of you and myself, I have decided to go back to work full time. My coworker who works the full time shift in the evening that would work out for me is resigning, and my boss wants me in that position. At first I declined, saying I really wouldn't want to work more than 3-4 shifts a week. (That was my desire for a nap talking!) I began to think about how perfect this job was for me - it enabled me to, first and foremost, avoid putting... (more) |
